Early Vote Day 8: More early votes recorded than 2012



More early votes have been recorded in the last eight days at the Franklin Early Vote Center, Columbus, Ohio at the 2016 Presidential Election than the 2012 Election with 15,442 this year against 8,215 same period in 2012.

A breakdown received today by TheNewAmericans shows a difference of 7,227 more votes same period this year.

The breakdown of corresponding days starting Wednesday, October 12 shows 2,486 to 1,176; 2,075 to 953; 2,476 to 1,301.

Monday, October 17 to Thursday, October 20 showed 2,285 to 1,212; 2,036 to 1,126; 1,960 to 1,225 and 2,124 to 1,222.

Also 22,538 absentee ballots have been returned of the 153,696 mailed out to political parties’ registered members and unaffiliated that requested for the ballots.

A breakdown showed that Democrat has returned 10,610 of 40,032 requested; Republican returned 3,759 of 43,469; Unaffiliated returned 8,135; Green Party returned 25 of 177 and Libertarian returned 9 of 100.
