Early Vote Day 10: Voters return 54,000 absentee ballots



Already, 54,181 absentee ballots of the 162, 627 requested  and mailed out by the Franklin County, Columbus, Ohio have been returned 10 days into the ongoing early vote and 14days to the November 8, 2016 Presidential Elections.

Also 21,519 voters have voted as at Monday, October 24, 2016. Registered voters in Columbus are 

839,358.


The absentee ballots can be requested for by a political party member or unaffiliated voter.

A breakdown shows that the Unaffiliated have returned 20,944 of the 76,170; Green Party returned 63 of 186; Libertarian returned 26 of 104; Republican returned 12,760 of 44,884 and Democrat returned 20,398 of 43,283.

The first weekend voting in Ohio will be Saturday, October 29 (8am – 4pm) and Sunday, October 30 (1pm – 5pm).
