Republicans, Democrats nominate Presidential flag bearers



 The official campaigns of the 2016 Presidential Election formally began Thursday July 28, 2016 with the Democratic Party formally nominating former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as its Presidential candidate, thereby joining the Republican Party’s nominee, Donald Trump who was nominated for election on July 21.

Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton picked former Virginia State Governor Tim Kaine as running mate and Republican Party candidate Donald Trump picked Governor Mike Pence of Indiana.
With Election set for Tuesday, November 8, 2016 America will elect its 45th President to take over from President Barack Obama who is on the last leg of his second term.
